This is the pass issued to you as part of the Restitution Program. If you have received a Citation in the mail with instructions from the court, you are no longer eligible to participate in this program. You were issued a Notice of Violation and are choosing to participate in the Restitution Program. Without the admission of guilt, patricipation in the Restitution Program will reduce your citation to $72, the Notice of Violation will become void and you will receive a Lane County Parks Annual Parking Pass good for at least one year from the date of purchase.
Participation in this program is a waiver of your right to appeal your Notice of Violation and citation.
Participation in the Restitution Program does not waive the requirement to display a valid Lane County Parks pass in the future at any Lane County park. Failure to Display a Lane County Parks pass, even if you have participated in the Restitution Program previously, will result in issuance of a new Notice of Violation. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DISPLAY A VALID LANE COUNTY PARKS PASS AT ALL TIMES INSIDE ANY LANE COUNTY PARK.
Any additional questions regarding this program should be directed to the Lane County Parks Office at 541-682-2000.
