What is the cancellation policy?
REFUND AND CHANGE POLICY: All cancellations are subject to the following refund terms:

• 15 Days or More: two options. 
• Option #1: Credit card refund will be issued in the amount of your Use Fee(s) only. Reservation fees are non-refundable and a $5 cancellation fee is charged. 
• Option #2: Voucher on account will be issued in the amount of your use fee(s) only. Reservation fees are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid through the end of the 13th month from the date of issue. No Cancellation fee will be charged if you select the credit voucher on account option. 
• 4-14 Days: a credit voucher on account in the amount of your Use Fee(s). Reservation fees are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid through the end of the 13th month from the date of issue. 
• Less than 4 Days: no refund or credit voucher is available.

$10 Reservation Fee is non refundable.  Lane County Parks cannot guarantee reservoir water levels/access, swimmable water conditions, open showers or restrooms (except portable toilets), or use of open flames and generators as seasonal conditions arise.
  Are you a veteran or senior and need a discounted parking pass?
Please call or email your required documentation (VA Benefits summary letter showing your percentage of disability for the current year) to laneparks@lanecountyor.gov. If you are unsure of what is required please call 541-682-2000 and we will further assist you. 
To receive the seniors discount, a customer must present a valid drivers license to Lane County Parks. Please e-mail a picture of your drivers license to  laneparks@lanecountyor.gov or you can bring your drivers license into our office at 3050 N Delta Hwy. in Eugene. 
Please be aware that Lane County Parks does not offer reservation discounts. Did you receive a parking ticket and need to pay restitution?
If you have a question regarding your Notice of Violation, you must email laneparks@lanecountyor.gov, include a copy of your Notice of Violation and any photo documentation necessary. No phone calls please. All communication must be in writing.

Service Changes: Due to essential maintenance, the following changes will be implemented this year:

- Campground/Marina Flush Restrooms/Showers: Closed.

- Day Use Flush Restrooms: Closed.

- RV Dump Station: Closed.

- Portable Restrooms and Handwashing Stations: Provided for your convenience.

- Campground Schedule: Opens April 18, 2024 and closes September 30, 2024.

- Day Use Group Sites: Closed.

- Day Use Overflow Parking: Closed.

Why the Changes are Necessary: Lane County Parks has leased Baker Bay Park from the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) since 1976. The current wastewater system, designed by the USACE, has been evaluated as being in Poor to Fair condition. As a result, Lane County Parks has securedfunding from the American Rescue Plan Act to address deficiencies in the system. Civil West Engineering Services has been awarded a contract to assess and design a long-term wastewater solution. Due to recurring pipe failures during the assessment process, the pressurized pipeline has been temporarily shut down, leading to the indefinite closure of flush restroom and shower facilities. The park will remain open during the summer season with portable restroom facilities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance period. Once the technical assessment is finalized in early 2024, Civil West will begin the design and engineering work toward a long-term solution. Furthermore, we are actively working with the USACE to secure a new lease as the current one expires on February 28, 2024.

Can I bring a Bounce house?
Please be aware that bounce houses, dunk tanks, slip-n-slides, and all habitable inflatables are prohibited within Lane County Parks.
This rule is in place to uphold the safety standards of our parks and to prevent any potential accidents or injuries associated with these types of equipment. While we understand the appeal of these inflatables, their use poses safety risks that we cannot overlook. How do I book a wedding, reunion, or other special event?
Lane County Parks offers several reservable day use picnic areas. Some include a covered shelter, or may simply be an open area. Most reservable areas include picnic tables, bbq grills, electricity, water, and serving areas. Amenities will be detailed on the reservation page.  To book a special event, simply reserve the shelter and fill out the Special Use Permit.  For Camp Lane, please contact us at:  541-682-2000. When is insurance required?
A certificate of insurance is required when renting Camp Lane, and may be required for other events such as weddings and reunions in all Lane County Parks. Coverage amounts are $2 mil. per occurrence/$3 mil. aggregate, and can typically be obtained through special event insurance companies.  Contact us for additional information at 541-682-2000.

When are boat slips available?
Moorage slips can be reserved between April 1st through October 1st, and can be rented by the day, week, month, or for the full season. What is Lane County's smoking/tobacco policy?
All Lane County Parks are now tobacco-free so you can enjoy cleaner parks and a healthy environment. Select camping sites in each campground are designated as smoking permitted so please watch for those as marked if that is your preference.
