How do I book a wedding, reunion, or other special event? Lane County Parks offers several reservable day use picnic areas. Some include a covered shelter, or may simply be an open area. Most reservable areas include picnic tables, bbq grills, electricity, water, and serving areas. Amenities will be detailed on the reservation page.  To book a special event, simply reserve the shelter and fill out the Special Use Permit.  For Camp Lane, please contact us at:  541-682-2000.Did you receive a parking ticket and need to pay restitution? If you have a question regarding your Notice of Violation, you must email email@example.com, include a copy of your Notice of Violation and any photo documentation necessary. No phone calls please. REFUND AND CHANGE POLICY: All cancellations are subject to the following refund terms:
15 Days or More: two options.
Option #1: Credit card refund will be issued in the amount of your Use Fee(s) only. Reservation fees are non-refundable and a $5 cancellation fee is charged.
Option #2: Voucher on account will be issued in the amount of your use fee(s) only. Reservation fees are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid through the end of the 13th month from the date of issue. No Cancellation fee will be charged if you select the credit voucher on account option.
4-14 Days: a credit voucher on account in the amount of your Use Fee(s). Reservation fees are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid through the end of the 13th month from the date of issue.
Less than 4 Days: no refund or credit voucher is available.
$10 Reservation Fee is non refundable. Lane County Parks cannot guarantee reservoir water levels/access, swimmable water conditions, open showers or restrooms (except portable toilets), or use of open flames and generators as seasonal conditions arise.
Are you a veteran or senior and need a discounted pass? Please call or email your required documentation (VA Benefits summary letter showing your percentage of disability for the current year) to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsure of what is required please call 541-682-2000 and we will further assist you. When are boat slips available? Moorage slips can be reserved between April 1st through October 1st, and can be rented by the day, week, month, or for the full season.When is insurance required? A certificate of insurance is required when renting Camp Lane, and may be required for other events such as weddings and reunions in all Lane County Parks. Coverage amounts are $2 mil. per occurrence/$3 mil. aggregate, and can typically be obtained through special event insurance companies.  Contact us for additional information at 541-682-2000.
What is Lane County's smoking/tobacco policy? All Lane County Parks are now tobacco-free so you can enjoy cleaner parks and a healthy environment. Select camping sites in each campground are designated as smoking permitted so please watch for those as marked if that is your preference.
